Challengers Cricket Club - Family Day - Step in process

Captain Message:

I propose lets have a Family day for our cricket club.
Its been more than year we playing together and our relationship is more than just team members playing with tennis ball.
We should celebrate our one year relationship .

So I propose it will be during mid -december time frame.
Everyone should come with their family ( ofcourse bacherlor guys can bring their GFs). This gives good opportunity to mingle with family people and get to know .
The expenses wil be shared among the team members.

The same day we will distribute some prizes to the outstanding players of the year.
Definitely we should encourage and reward the playes who have done so well for the team for the past one year
Plenty of awards will be given away.
You may have another 6-8 matches more to perform further to win these awards
few to be named
1) Best batsman 2) Best bowler 3) all rounder 4) best outfielder 5) Best infielder 6) best team spirit man ..etc etc

Ofcourse these prizes will be bought by myself and Anand.


What next?- Need suggestions
1) Time, date, place
2) attendance - compulsory for every team member ( including shift people, airport people, OT people ... )
3) AOB


Please do not make this one as another failure like we made for " CAP" system

Anand:
Excellent win on saturday, our batting was excellent, good batting from shankar and shatish
but we still need to improve in our bowling and fielding department, saturday it was a dull effort on the field and bowling.
We lost the match on sunday, we lost consecutively 2nd time, comeon guys, we have to keep winning, we were winnning for almost 8-9 matches , just lost last 2..
But it was a close match , a boundary could have changed the result of the match, so never mind of that, the opponent may think they have done a big job, but we are almost there to win ..
I hope we will win in the coming matches..

Saturday scorecard looks very impressive and good win continues on saturday. Excellent batting from shankar won the match convinsingly for us
Sunday it was a close match. We came back very well after conceeding 80runs in 13 overs. If I bowled slightly better 19th over we would have won.
I accpet I would have gambled with some hitter during the match. Lets see in coming matches.
We need to win next match and celebrations for diwali
